السيرة الذاتية  

خالد الخميسي من مواليد القاهرة، حصل على بكالوريوس العلوم السياسية من جامعة القاهرة، ثم حصل على الماجستير في السياسة الخارجية من جامعة السوربون. نشر كتابه الأول "تاكسي.. حواديت المشاوير" في يناير 2007 عن دار الشروق الذي حقق مبيعات قياسية فور صدوره في مصر وفي العالم العربي. وتمت ترجمة الكتاب إلى اللغة الانجليزية واللغة الايطالية في عام 2008. خالد الخميسي كاتب ومنتج ومخرج، وكتب في الصحافة المصرية والعربية.

Biography

Khaled Al Khamissi was born in Cairo, Egypt. He received his BA in Political Science from Cairo University and his DEA degree (Diplome D'etude Approfondies) from the Sorbonne.
Taxi is his first book. It has been a bestseller in Egypt and the Arab world since its publication in January 2007. In 2008, Taxi was translated into English and Italian. Editions are forthcoming in Spanish, Greece and French.
Khaled Al Khamissi is also a producer, film director and journalist who contributes weekly articles to numerous Egyptian newspapers.
